Dogs are allowed, but we do not allow cats. We have dog bowls, beds and a pooper scooper to accommodate the four-legged guests! Please ensure your dogs are house trained!
Check-in starts at 3pm and check-out at 11am. We can accommodate early check-in and late check-out if confirmed with us at time of booking to facilitate a quick turnover of guests as needed.
Yes we can accommodate 6 vehicles for guests and up to 10 parked cars for a short duration. All vehicles must be parked on the driveway or along the front property curb to avoid any complaints from neighbors. Contact us for more information.
The property is equipped with a wide range of amenities to enhance your stay and accommodate large family gatherings. The kitchen is fully stocked with all major appliances (fridge, double stove, gas range, microwave, dishwasher) and smaller ones (dual coffee maker, double toaster, bar fridge, crockpot), plus all the necessary cookware (pots, pans, dishes, utensils, cutting boards, etc.) We also provide indoor and outdoor serving dishes for entertaining. We offer high-speed Wi-Fi, an office workspace, two smart TVs, two gaming consoles, two fridges/freezers, an extensive library, and a laundry room. We understand that plans can change so we offer a flexible cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your reservation, you can receive a full refund if you cancel thirty-days before your scheduled arrival. If cancellation within 14-days before scheduled arrival, a 50% refund is provided. Please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you with the cancellation process.

If you have guests in wheelchairs, we provide entrance ramps and the main level is expansive for a guest to maneuver in a wheelchair. We also have a shower stool, wheelchair, and walker if requested prior to your arrival.
